Autism and women

From this blog we would like to add to the commemoration of the International Women's Day that are celebrated next Wednesday, March 8th. 

With this post we would like to help and facitate them to make visible to society. 

 First, we would like to share a piece of news about from the BBC1 news 

Then, there are another video in which explains that most women with autism or ASD are often misdiagnosed or dismissed by what they are described as invisible.

And finally, you will find a research study "Autism in Pink" funded by the European Union and involving Russia, Spain, Lithuania and Portugal, which was created following the knowledge that there are more women with autism or ASD than it was thought and also after knowing that its diagnostic profile is different from that of men.

These  is our contribution to raise awareness about ASD women and we do not know just how another day in the calendar.
